The Cliff Cottage is a well-appointed one-bedroom unit in the center of the site plan. This one bedroom structure hosts large outdoors decks, a modern kitchen with custom colors, the sunken shower allows one to enjoy cliff side vistas of the reef, and Prickly Bay. These two individual living environs could become one, very easily offering a functioning 4 bedroom modern colonial home. Currently they are rented separately.
